WHO IS THE KING?
My best research indicates that the word "Jehovah" was not ever used until about 1500 A.D. and then not by the Jewish people. It is an acronym-two words artificially joined together. The two words in this case appear to be the arbitrary, perhaps haphazard joining together of the vowels in the Hebrew Old Testament word for Almighty God, ADONAI, and the consonants of the Hebrew Old Testament word for God, used over 7000 times, YAHWEH, or YAHVAH, meaning "The Mighty Right Now God" or "The Great I Am That I Am" or "The Mighty God That Is He Who Is He Who Is" or "The God of the Present Moment." So, combining the vowels from YAHWEH, and the consonants from ADONA! they came up with Y or J,A,H,O,W or V,A,H or Jehovah. The dear Jehovah Witnesses should be calling Him YAHWEH or YAHVAH, and should be worshipping Him, Jesus Christ, God, as their Right Now Saviour King. The Jehovah Witness' BIble does not even give the various names of God that the Hebrew gives. I wish I had a Bible that would give the following Hebrew names of God where they are much used in the Bible:
ELOHIM-Strong One. Gen. 1:1
EL-Strength, The Strong One.
ELAH or ALAH-To swear, to bind oneself by an oath, Faithfulness.
HAVAH-To become known, increasing self revelation. Gen. 2:7
MELCHIZEDEK-Endless King of Righteousness. Gen. 14:18
EL ELYON-The Most High God, Possessor of Heaven and Earth.
EL SHADDAI-Almighty God, Satisfier, Nourisher, Strength-giver (Shad-Woman’s breast) Gen 17:1
EL 0 LAM-Mysterious, Hidden, Everlasting God. Gen. 21:33n
ADON,ADONI-Master, Husband. Gen 15:2
EL YON-Highest.
BENEEZER- Helper
ISLI or ISHI-My Husband, My Man Hosea 2:16

". . . to bring your sons from afar, their silver and their gold with them for the NAME OF THE LORD YOUR GOD. " Isa. 60:9. ". . . to make THY NAME known to Thine adversaries" ," Isa. 64:2. "For THY NAME'S SAKE Thou wilt lead me and guide me" Ps. 31:3b. "If you ask Me anything IN MY NAME, I will do it." John 14:14. "Whatever you ask of the Father IN MY NAME, He [will] give it to you." John 15:16. There are literally hundreds and hundreds of scriptures in both the Old and New Testament that show without question that the Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, the Messiah, is and shall ever be the King of the Universe, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. I'm reminded of Psalm 2:12, "Do homage to the Son lest He become 'angry and you perish in the way. For His wrath may soon [quickly, suddenly] be kindled. How blessed are all who take refuge in Him."
Heavenly Father, I kiss Thy Son, the Messiah, the Lord Jesus Christ, the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords. I receive Him as my Messiah, Lord, Saviour, and my Life; In Jesus' Name, Amen.
