DOCTRINAL STATEMENT OF THE GREAT COMMISSION MINISTRIES

We believe the Bible is the infallible, inspired, perfect Word of God.   II Timothy 3:16   “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.”

We believe that Jesus Christ is Lord, and must be acknowledged as such by everyone, always.   Philipians 2:9-11

We believe that one must be born-again by receiving Jesus Christ within one's life as Savior and Lord.    John 3:3, Revelations 4:12

We believe there is only one God, eternally existent in three Persons:

Father, Son and Holy Spirit.   I John 5:8 (KJV)

We believe in the Deity of our Lord Jesus Christ (John 1:1), in His virgin birth (Luke 1:26-38), in His sinless life (Hebrews 4:15), in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death for us, through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal soon return in power and glory. See Matthew, Mark, Luke, John and Acts 1.

We believe that Jesus has taken us with Him to the cross and the grave, has raised us up with Him, and that we are presently seated in Christ, at the right hand of the Father.   Galatians 2:20, Ephesians 1&2

We believe that the Great Commission is for everyone.   Matt. 28:18-20

We believe that all of us should seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. Matt 6:33

We believe that everyone should be set into the body of Christ, as it pleases God.   Ephesians 4:14-16

We believe in the existence of demons, the devil and a literal hell that is very hot and that lasts a loooooooooooooooooooooong eternal time.   Matthew 25

We do not believe that everyone will be saved.   Matt. 7:21

We believe that everyone should be and can be filled with the Holy Spirit, always.   Ephesians 5:18

We believe that everyone is called to a ministry, and should be moving in all of the gifts and fruit of the Holy Spirit.

We believe that the God of Ananias and Sapphira is alive and well in the earth today, that supernatural judgement has already begun at the hands of God.

We believe that it is possible and necessary to have Jesus as our Life, and not only as our Lord and Savior, that Jesus wants to and can live His life through us, unhindered.

We believe that glorification is a present possible reality, potentially, and that all Creation waits for the coming forth, the revealing, the unveiling, the manifestation of the sons of God - those who are being led by His Holy Spirit.

We believe that Baptism by immersion is very important, along with Communion & foot washing.

We believe that we should love each other fervently from a pure heart. 1Pet. 1:22;4:8

We believe that everyone should count all others as better than one's self. 

Phil 2:3   “Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves.”

We believe that each one should do the will of God, uncompromisingly, as one sees that will for him or her self, no matter what anyone says, but should listen carefully with Godly fear and trembling, lest one fail to hear the Lord talking to him through another.
